Party season is HERE. In this very dress!!! each ruffle has been hand-stitched individuall before being sewn to the dress base. Only the front is ruffled, please allow for odd bits of fraying as the ruffles are not hemmed. Unlined so you can see the stitching on the inside. Made as a sample piece for a Fumbalinas Shoot.
